hey. so anyways idk what the fuck is up with my font but whatev. having a hard time not cheating today. i think it's cuz im depressed idk. anyway i had a teaspoon full of cream cheese but that was the extent of it so i'll be good from here on out i guess.
breakfast 2 cups of coffee with sweet and low (gross but helps curb hunger)
need to get started on water now. blah.
lunch - chicken with tomatoes. was good actually. doing "ok" on water. just starting my 2nd 32oz (2:30pm) but not hungry and feeling fine. i weigh in today after work so i hope their scale shows what mine does!
