Peter had spent the night in Malibu. He'd seen Sasha and Henry (the resident two year old, at least temporarily) off to Wolfram & Hart then he'd run along the beach . He'd taken off from the beach and landed on the rooftop of his apartment building in New York City. From there he'd gone down to his apartment. He unlocked it and walked inside to see Nathan sitting at the kitchen table with coffee and his laptop.
"Hey, let me go grab a shower and then get some coffee," he said as he headed for the bathroom.
