Sunday Sunday....
The picture above is currently my favorite picture. Ivan looks so comfy snuggling with Mike. My sister actually said today that she might call Mike later to wish him a Happy Cat-Daddy's Day.
Right now, I've got my 'classroom' open on Kaplan and am staring at my homework. This means I'm actually watching t.v. I am a Hulu Plus member, though it hasn't done much for me. I did decide to watch Spoilers with Kevin Smith and so far so good. I'm only like five minutes in though. I really could watch Kevin Smith do just about anything. He's so...interesting. I guess I just like the way he talks.
I've called my Dad today and my brother-in-law. I called my brother in law because I know that his older kid sort of forgot about Father's Day and made plans with his biological mom and his little brother. I just wanted him to know that people do remember he's a Daddy. I forgot to ask to talk to my nephew...which sucks, but hopefully my sister will call back to talk to Mike after church and I can talk to him then.
I think the plans for today are yard work, house work, and home work. That's a day full of work stuff. I really wish that we had the car so that I could go to church. Mike and I quit going very much about a year ago, but I went twice last month and remembered why I liked it so much. I'm also still a member of the membership committee and would like to get back into that. I asked a fellow member last Sunday if it would be cool if I just started showing back up at meetings and he said yeah, they need all the help they can get. The next meeting is on Monday...and we still won't have a car, so that's not going to happen. Plus I have a pretty important doctor's appointment on Monday as well...
This is a rambling post. I may come back later when I have all of my thoughts in order. For now, I think I'm going to listen to Kevin Smith talk some more.
