"It was constant movement and jumping and crawling and push ups and punching and jump rope and running and and and"

girl....that sounds like more agility training...

I do KICKboxing. it's still intense, but crawling and push ups are not in the mix. there are a lot of kicks, squats, punching, jumping rope (not really with a rope, but you hop around like you have one), more squats, jumping, more kicking, more punching....your limbs feel like noodles afterward.

lol Your class sounds like it would have nearly killed me too. there is this kickbox circuit class similar to what you describe. they do intervals - 15 minutes kickbox, then there are stations set up around the studio - do you push ups here, lunges on a bench here, jumping jacks there, etc. then you do another `15 of cardio, then go back to the stations and make you're way around.

that class is a BITCH to do. I've done it a few times. but can't get much out of it cuz I can't do pushups cuz of my arthritis and it hurts my wrists. can't do the plyometric lunges cuz they kill my knees.

i'm all old and falling apart. lmao

I'm proud of you for doing kickboxing. That still seems harder than the spining. I did a total body conditioning class yesterday and my hamstrings and tummy BURN today.

Do you still get sore or are you used to it? We don't have kickboxing, we have cardio kickboxing. Is that the same you think?

poor mama falling apart. get older blows, doesn't it?
