So last night I ate even more that I said I would. I'm sucha fatty, but I felt a little faint so I had to.

After that lunch sandwich:

Another Clementine

Another mini Power Bar

A few pretzels.

Then I went back to the gym after work and did another spin class

My gym buddy had this bright idea of going to the boxing class right after our spin class. I didn't do any sports in school so drill stuff has never been introduced. Can I just say: Jess, you're NUTS! This is so INTENSE. I was so wobbly and and tired and out of breath I wanted to die. I stuck through 35 mins of the class (45min class). It was constant movement and jumping and crawling and push ups and punching and jump rope and running and and and...I seriously was about to lose my s  h i t.  I took a 15 min shower at the gym (i never do that) because I was trying to regain myself. I slept like a baby. I did have to eat another half sandwich and a few grapes after that glass because I just was starving and weak and dizzy and felt so pukey.

Today I feel great though. I'm not even sore. My muscles feel tight, but not really sore. I work out a lot so maybe that's why. I need to do more this type of work out because the cardio is getting boring. I need to feel pain to feel like i've dont something.

TODAY:

So far I drank to cups of coffee with skim milk and equal and ate one mini power bar for breakfast. I'll eat another clementine before lunch and for lunch, i'll have a sandwhich on 12 grain like yesterday (i bring my lunch in to work).

I'm also drinking a lot of water. More than two liters a day.

I seriously better see some sweet results by the time we get married in August. I start school the first week of March so it's going to be tough to go to work full time, go to school part time and work out. I'll probably only be able to work out at lunch and on the weekends.
