they told me....and um, no RAISE?! hmmm, supposedly I'm "too new" for a raise. However, they are keeping my move in mind when raises come along...which is Q1. We shall see...that better be a very good raise...
I'm happy with what I make now anyway, so whatever is fine. I'm just grateful that I found a place who appreciates my hard work, and actually does something to show me that they appreciate it.
