As the Sunlight dissapears...

To catch the last of Ra's rays in the dead of Fall, Winter's tears soon to shed her cold emotion across the pallet of yesterday. Reflecting upon a Year flown fast, not more than a tiny bottle of Sand, corked for some mysterious wrath and pleasure.

This body frail, by the cogs of the machine of city dwelling over the years. Run down parts removed and fine tuned by the hands of science. A gutting out of essence and aura, filled by man made substances to save and destroy the Temple within.

Another Journey approaches near, by the visitation to a tropical Eden and the Goddess Pele is Queen. Where the force of growth stems as buds from a Dying World and the rosy blush in cheeks and strong embrace of life entwines it's loving beauty unto my breast.

Once returned, to have been Transformed, by the Fires and Waters of the islands sanctuaries. Recreated, new perceptions, redefined foundations, resurrected Spirit not held by the bounds of the sadness of Humanity. Time shall slow as do the scents of flowers, linger in memory.

All my love and gratitude...

Just returned home from the hospital a second time...
I had to go to the emergency last Wednesday night because of fevers up to 103. Turns out I had an immense infection from the operation which is common. UGH* I had to stay in the hospital 5 days & they almost did another surgery.. but luckily my body responded to being pumped full of antibiotics. Which is a good thing and a bad thing, since they take the bad stuff away as well as your body's good flora & fauna.

The good news is I can still go to Hawaii on December 4th. I just have to take it easy and rebuild my strength. Unfortunately over this whole ordeal of 2 hospital visits, I've lost 13 pounds. I won't be going back to work until the 20th of December, unless if I'm still not feeling well can wait longer.

I've realized how grateful I am to be getting my health back and have decided to get better with my diet and exercise. I was slacking a bit this last year. Have decided also not to try and do too many things at once anymore. I'd prefer to stay AWAY from the hospital... *grin*

Healthy wishes upon you & x0 - Miss FitzdarE*

And then they Cut Her Appendix Out...
i went on saturday to an emergency clinic in Sevierville.. because i woke up at 9am with excruciating stabbing feelings below my navel & had been vomiting.. we went there & they were rude to us, out of line & rushed us in & out.. as well, giving us the wrong diagnoses for my ailment.. (( unfortunately run by many "mindless" Christians (does not apply to all)... who only care about their own agenda & were scared of us because we were wearing black & i had purple hair.. most likely assumed that perhaps we were "bad people" & just wanted pain killers... (( apparently they have been making A LOT of wrong diagnoses lately, so we are going to write a few letters; to the Hospital Director, the newspaper & collect signatures or statements from other people who have been wrongly diagnosed.. & say that we don't think we should have to pay for such services as what they offer. )) (( One nurse asked us straight out about our sexual practices & said, what do you do? Just "Pull & Pray" & then walked out after N* said, "we don't Pray" to be a smart ass back.. Another Nurse who tried to take my blood was digging around in my arm to find a vein with the needle.. very awful..))

.........On Tuesday night when i went to University of Tennessee Medical Clinic in Knoxville, (supposedly one of the best hospitals in the united states).. (i went because 3 days of the urinary tract infection meds weren't doing me any good).. they took my blood and urine samples, did some x-ray scans and then i waited.. for a long time, watching television because i couldn't read & write with all these monitors & iv's attached to me.. but at least i got to watch the republicans losing ground in the senate & house committees!

APPENDICITIS is what i had and they needed to operate ASAP.. so at 3am they knocked me out & took the "monster" out.. which apparently was terribly infected and if i had waited much longer, may have burst inside of me..

Aside from the PAIN PAIN PAIN of everything.. this was the best hospital experience i have ever had.. the surgeon was a woman, very cool.. all women actually except for 2 boy asssitants.. *tee hee*.. they were all sweethearts & very proffessional & genuinely cared which blew my mind. They all knew how to do their jobs well and the nurses in the recovery were so thoughtful.. The room i stayed in was like a nice hotel room with a lovely view of the trees changing color, they actually had nice paint colors and lovely surrealistic art.. & the History Channel! ha ha*.. Although the food was not much of what i wanted to eat - it's hard to eat just after getting surgery... i thought to myself, i can't be in a hospital, i am getting way too spoiled!

They had me on Morphine right afterwards and then switched to Percosets.. because Dahrling, it was horrible the first 48 hours.. N* stayed with me the whole time.. checked out on Thursday night & went home. Before i left made the staff cards telling them how grateful i was at their kindness & proffessinalism, etc.. drew pictures & such.

AT home now supposed to be out of work for at least 10 days & taking it easy.. ::whew:: i'm glad that's over.. By the way, you don't really need your appendix, it is one of those outdated organs from caveman days or something like that.. it processes bark & plants.. Instead, in modern day, it just ends up collecting Toxins from your body & gets infected, then needs removing..

This has been a crazy several weeks.. i hadn't mentioned the confrontation with the coked-up drunk driver who threatened my person just before Halloween / Samhain.. N* was with me.. & luckily i pulled over in front of some neighbors who happened to be home.. Unified we dealt with this person & the other 3 paasengers (2 girls & another man - all so wasted they couldn't remember much of what happened later).. he also threatened all of us with a gun in his glove compartment & said our homes weren't going to be there in a couple days.. Trying to smash a beer bottle over my head.. We got the police called.. they took off, the police showed up, we filed a report & then they called in back up.. Apparently this guy was on his 8th DUI & had already served prison time.. and apparently threatens peoples lives on a regular basis.. i wil testify in court against him if i have the chance. Found out later he was charged with:
*Aggrivated Assault with a deadly weapon & his *8th DUI...

On a lighter note! while waiting in the hospital recovering, i watched the press interview with Bush and saw him digging his hole deeper and deeper with all his frantic words of this & that..(the press was pegging him so hard)... it delighted me so, i think increasing my health a few points.. although i don't have much faith in any parties anymore.. it's at least amusing to see Democratic Control back in the Senate & State houses.. ha ha* Watch George melt slowly.. i also got to watch the Adams Family I & II.. absulutely delightful! Other fillers in for recovery time included old X-Files shows.. we don't have television at home.. so i sneak the History Channel at the laundry mat..

Divine wishes upon you & x0x0x0 ~ Miss FitzdarE*
