Puurrr.... the turning of my 35th year...
On Friday evening the 6th was a Full Moon ~ Harvest Moon actually. We had a Full Moon Feast out on the Pavillion behind the Castle. It was a Potluck, Fire & Drumming with Ritual, Poetry & Dedication to the Beings, Plant & Animal who give up their Existence to have their Flesh consumed by humans... Some of us dressed in Costume... It was very sweet. I decorated the giant tables with Candelabras, Pinecones, Squashes & Flowers... What an Elegant affair... ::sigh::
On Saturday evening the 7th, i had the pleasure of accompanying two Exquisite Magickal Creature Goddess Beings to a Strange restaurant called "Saphires" in Knoxville on Gay Street. It was like walking into another Dimension.. It did not seem as though I were in Tennessee at all, rather in New York or Los Angeles. Eye candy lighting; purple, blue & magenta hues.. Delicious music playing constantly, ultra modern decor, tapas style servings of eccentric gourmet dishes; every bite was to die for!.. & a glass of Shiraz.. Afterwards we headed out dancing which was lacking in the Vibes & Music department that evening.. however, the company made up for it..
Sunday afternoon, (my actual birthdate the 8th = INFINITY)... i was taken to Dinner by Mr. N* to the "Laughing Seed Cafe'" in Asheville which has the most fabulous "Bird Food" I have ever eaten! Ha Ha ~ Silly.. if you haven't figured it out, Vegetarian.. *cHeShIrE gRiN* Now another one of my favorite places to eat out... After returning home, tripped around in the Forest where we live on an increadible Night; Warm, Full Moon Light ~ exposing Mysterious Faery Grottos and Portals in Trees and such.. the Stars were terribly bright despite the Pearl of Luna Devouring... It seems as though we live on the Land where Royalty would reside, their Courtyards extending out into the Woods... the Beauty is astounding, walking the various Pathways and Opening New Doors each Time...
It seems that each Year gets better.. *giggle* and coming next is the Chinese Year of the Boar... So i am looking forward Dahrling!! ~ x0x
