Of course, there is not a whole lot of competition now that they've laid 60 people off. I get a parking spot for the next month. That might not sound like a lot, but the parking situation at my job is more than a little ridiculous. I park out on the street most days because there are not nearly enough spaces. I also got $50 in gift cards.
They said they like my "take charge attitude" and "confidence". At MBI, Jon would have called that "bossy" and "poor interpersonal skills". It's nice working for a place that appreciates my unique brand of Sarah.
I would also like to announce that I completed 10 weeks of Statistics tonight. If only I shared my life with more than a cat... It would have been nice to go out for a celebratory glass of wine.
