It isn't luck if you can't cook.
My office is having a pot luck next Tuesday and I have NO CLUE what to add to the pot. The stuff I'd normally sign up for (rolls, chips, soda, etc.) has already been taken so I need some ideas of what I can bring. Keep in mind I rarely see the inside of my kitchen unless it's to get a beer, so my skills in that arena are sort of lacking. Plus I don't have any of the kitchen gadgets one would need to have in order to keep food warm to serve at a pot luck, so whatever it is I need to be able to heat in the microwave or it needs to be served cold (except that I don't want to bring a salad). Yeah, I know I'm asking a lot but surely one of you food geniuses out there will have an idea for me.
