"Hey, Babe?" Rick called as he came around the corner, fiddling with a piece of his Halloween costume. "You in-" he stopped short, catching sight of his fiancee. "Hooo," he breathed, wide-eyed at outfit. Mel was standing next to the counter, dressed in a fairly skimpy Superman costume.
"There's no Babe, here," Mel replied, shaking her head. "Only Supergirl." Rick made no effort to hide his leering and leaned against the door jamb, smiling as his head tilted to let the image sear into his brain.
"Happy Halloween to me," he finally said, smirking as Mel rolled her eyes and turned to open the fridge. "Not sure what I like better. The skirt or the boots."
