MOSEM was great! MOSEM was extraordinary and it means that we has achieved what we wanted, we are soooo damn good! :)
For me personally it was a test-drive of a role, role of a leader. And surprisingly, following words showed up in sugar cubes, in my head, in talks with people.
Inspiration. To be able to inspire others by my own example and to be inspired by others.
Energy. The level of energy was extra high and it went exponentially up throughout the conference. Even cold venue couldn't influence the mood :)
Commitment. Level of personal commitment determines 'my people'.
Ownership. To the country, to AIESEC, to the whole world.
Meaningfulness. To transmit a Message every time when you open your mouth, to inspire by bringing deep sense to everything, making experience meaningful.
Simplicity.Nothing complicated, just the things which are relevant.
Pioneering Leadership. LEAD launch and amazing outcome of my "improvisation" :D
Trust the process. Because the process is in hands of such people as Boban, Julia and Yoel... I'm damn lucky MCP!
