You can make me scared
On my way home from work, I saw a sign plastered on the back of an 18 wheeler that said: "MY USA: We support our troops no matter where they go. No aide, no support, and no mercy for the enemy!" Scary. That's the kind of sentiment that belongs in a dystopian future. And speaking of dystopian futures - it dawned on my how similar all this Year Zero viral stuff is to "Children of Men" on a thematic level. If you were to watch that movie, then spend a few hours diving through all of the Year Zero stuff, you'd likely leave with a horrified and paranoid feeling in the pit of your stomach.
