Not a bad weekend, even though we didn't get in to Body Works (sold out). We hosted my parents and my sister's family for dinner last night, which was fine. I've got a bit of a headache today though - not sure if it's related to family proximity. Probably.
Mucked around with the new camera a lot on the weekend. Got a few great shots. I'm still very much in the experimental phase, but I think I've got a good handle on how changing certain settings will effect the outcome of the shot. This shot of the Roo was taken in a fairly dark room with no flash and an insanely low ISO speed. Turned out good and there's none of that bad green-eye reflection that you'd see on her if I'd used a flash. She was falling asleep as I was taking this shot, so that's why she looks so serene.
