Monday Catchup
So the wedding was beautiful! I hope to write up all I remember later. This is just a short recap.
I really enjoyed spending time with Jeanie & Kristy too and meeting their sweethearts. I'm so glad they've both found such wonderful people to share their lives with! Also Bruce sent me a cookie bouquet to my mom's house so that I would know h e and the boys didn't forget Mother's Day. The fact that he not only remembered but planned ahead combined with how amazingly beautiful the cookies were made for a wonderful surprise! Speaking of Mother's Day I was actually able to watch Connor's preschool performance before I left. It was so wonderful! He did a great job! Then the wedding which was crazy but good. I'm looking forward to seeing the photos. pictures I took over the weekend are over on my Facebook page. I was really impressed (but not surprised) at what an amazing job Emma & her husband did! The lengths they would go to to get just the right shot..it was just fantastic. Plus the way Emma got Ross back in line was just impressive!
Flight home was long but uneventful. It was great to see the boys and Bruce. Glad to be home. The boys feel so spoiled because Auntie D sent home some wonderful candy & the most ADORABLE Thomas the Train bag. Also Aunt Nedra sent home these cool little cars for the boys. And then about an hour ago dad came over and brought them this great pedal car! So they've had a great day :) I also have a new DVD for them from mom but I'm going to wait a bit so they don't get overwhelmed.
