Ian Cracks Me Up
He is such his own little person. He is so into dancing! He dances whenever there is music on and when he has his way it's always on. He loves music so much! A friend of mine works for a dance studio and said they're starting a fun little intro to movement/dance class for 2-3 year olds in the fall and I'm signing Ian up for it as soon as they get it organized. I think he'll adore it. He's trying so hard to be like Connor. He already can recognize over 1/2 of his letters and all the numbers 1-10. He is however VERY two right now. Defiant, whiny, impossible to please. Luckily for both of it his natural sweetness runs beneath it all and I usually at least get a glimpse of that a couple of times a day. He loves being read to (in fact I've already stopped several times while writing this to read to him..he got a new book today and is enamored, it's called Chicka Chicka boom boom). He's also into high fives right now. I hope he does OK while I'm in Oregon he's very much his mom's little boy. He does adore his daddy though and this time with him will be very good for both of them. I need to pack tonight..I also need to do laundry first. I've been so lax about this this time. I am excited to go but I'm going to miss my boys, even though I'm going to be back Sunday night.
