"And I wish you all the love/ in the world/but most of all/ I wish it from myself..."

Okay so I saw Fleetwood Mac in concert like over a month ago (I've been busy), and they were of course amazing. Oddly enough, I have a Christine lyric for my title yes...in honor of her absence, (which was missed, but the concert still blew the roof off the place). Um...nothing's really going on, working, school still sucks but I'm squeaking by w/ all A's (that's what having only 5 hours will do to ya). Everyone's talking college and I'm still trying to get over the flu I caught along with 400 other people from my school. Massive hysteria ensued in a hypochondriac-like fashion. But mine was the real deal unfortunately.

Haven't seen Hanson on the tour yet. Not going to until they come within 1000 miles from me (which is ironic b/c I live in like the middle of the country). Haven't gotten the acoustic CD even though I like most of the songs. Thought I'd send money to the starving kids in Central America and Africa first. (No, really.)

Really random thought: When I was sick this past week, lying in a mound of kleenexes, I watched the same mind-numbing yet weirdly fascinating shows multiple times on VH1 and MTV. Celine's promotion for her new perfume is almost as heavy as the scent itself and I proceeded to sit through the same ordeal of her swinging over a backdrop of Paris or something while listening to soothing incoherent melody lines sung by the obvious. Anyway, to make a long story short, although it could just be the NyQuil talking, I really liked this one part of the melody and thought I'd steal it and use a hybrid on one of my own songs. It's the circle of life...or fifths I should say.
