Somali Pirates Seize State-Owned Tanker
A Russian warship was headed late Wednesday toward a Novoship-operated oil tanker hijacked by Somali pirates off the coast of Yemen earlier in the day. The hijacking was the first-ever of a Russian ship with a Russian crew.
