My original plan was to fly to NC, my car is oldish and might not make it. And flying is fast and cheap. But how do I get my stuff there? Well, sell it of course. But I have a cat. Just checked, the cheap flight I found $105, insanely cheap. They don't allow pets.
The airline I usually use does, but $125 to fly the pet and it needs all kinds of certificates of wellness and shots.
Now I'm rethinking drive. I've always wanted to drive cross country. I could do it cheap. How annoying will the cat be? She was awful when I took her cross town. But if I drive I can bring some stuff.
But the car might not make it. Sell it? Get a new car? A new car that holds more stuff? Then it occurs to me dad is selling his newish truck. I could get a good deal of stuff in it, though I am selling the stuff to make money to move. But cheap (I hope) truck. Cat in the back if she gets to be too much. Lots of gas? Hmmmm
