I filled it out, for what it's worth. I honestly couldn't come up with a lot of gripes. I'm guessing that the distance has put things into a healthier perspective for me.
I did ask for the Best Child catagory to be put back into the awards now that they are only once a year. I believe it opens up the awards to OC writers just a *little* more since most child-centered stories on the boards seem to be OCs.
