Didn't get around to drawing yesterday, so had to make sure I got 15 today. As before, it's mostly facial practice. And like before, it's mainly hit or miss. =/ I think I'm getting a better hang on noses, but the mouths and general proportions are still a mess. Oh well; "it's only by going through a volume of work that you will improve."

To help motivate myself to sketch more, I am going to try NaNoDrawMo. The rules are to make 50 drawings in 30 days, with no limits on style, medium, or even quality. Although since I'm starting half-way into the month and the new Zelda game comes out this Sunday, it feels a lot more like 50 drawings in 7 days. Haha. Only a few days left for May and the daily postings. Like most things, I'm rather lazy when it comes to finding new anime. If it's not airing on Cartoon Network/Adult Swim, chances are I won't be bothered to watch it. Any new shows I do decide to look into are generally based on what interesting icons I see while browsing LJ. Some sketches of characters from Baten Kaitos for today. I occasionally hear great things about this game, but I have never once finished it. I don't know what it is, but there must be something I don't like about it. Maybe it was the voice acting? Or the card set-up?
