Part 1 of my career path is over

On the last day of RHD Foundations training... I overslept. Awesome!

Well, as you can no doubt tell, I've survived. I still don't have internet access in my room, and I'm about ready to puch someone in the nuts. Or ovaries. Whichever's more appropriate.

I'm still very excited about the job, but all honeymoon periods must come to an end. And I'm sure I'll eventually feel that way. Thankfully, Michael's there to remind me to take a personal day this weekend, since the next two will be crazy. I'm still going to try to see Snakes on a Plane on opening weekend, but I may not. Clearly, I'm not the big nerd I thought I was.

*Crocodile tear*

The Cardinals are still practicing this week, and I'm going to try to get Kurt Warner to sign one of his old UNI jerseys... or a hat. I'll probably have to buy something Cardinals related, but I think I'm okay with that. Arizona's always been one of those teams I could care less about. Not a team that I hated like the Cowboys, 49ers or Vikings, but a team that never really drew my attention. Now that I'm surrounded in it, I think I'm okay with being a passive fan for a while.

My room is pretty close to being finished with decorating, as is my office. Pictures will be forthcoming.

As uninteresting as this update was, I just wanted to let you know.
