Cancellation Reminder
This is one of the very final reminders that, per our cancellation policy, the last date to cancel your registration without penalty (except PayPal fees) is tomorrow, January 15, 2015.
After January 15, 2015 we will not be processing cancellations. You'll still be able to transfer your membership to another person after January 15th, but as of this moment, we do not have anyone on the registration waitlist, so we will be unable to process a transfer unless you have someone specific in mind who would like to take your place.
As we noted previously, please give some thought to your upcoming plans with regard to attending MJ2015, especially given that there is no one currently on the waitlist and that cancellations are not possible after January 15th. We will do our best to assist in facilitating a transfer after that date, but we cannot guarantee that will be possible.
If you feel that you will have to cancel your registration to MJ2015, you should plan to do so by the end of the day on January 15, 2015. Otherwise, no guarantee of transfer of registration can be promised, per our cancellation policy.
