This is fucking hilarious watching all these employers having meltdowns about how they can't find workers. Even the last bakery I quit is having trouble. Darlene retired recently, Marnie last I heard went to Kwik Trip, and Ashley the cake decorator must have left too because they were looking for one. They had to close another day for a while on account of short staff, and she said on FB they couldn't find workers. AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAA GET FUCKED KARI!!!
Nobody wants your toxic work environment, shit pay and waiting on shitty old people all day any more; we're done with that bullshit. Also not our fault you apparently couldn't plan ahead to replace people.
"JuSt GeT a BeTtEr JoB iF yOu DoN't LiKe It Or StArT yOuR oWn BuSiNeSs!"
OK!
"NoBoDy WaNtS tO wOrK aNyMoRe! REEEEEEEEEEE!"
Fuckin' LOL.
Pay people more, and treat them with some motherfucking dignity. That's literally all it takes. Even if you aren't making much money, not having the toxic work environment is 100000000000 times better. I fucking love working from home.
Anyway, since my last post I put a note in my description saying I do not have items available for immediate pickup, and I got a Google Voice number and included it in my voicemail message, and have not had any more last minute calls since, so it seems to be working finally. I just wish I could get some more higher dollar orders; most people seem to run away if it's something over $100. Pet allergies I understand, but the rest eh, who knows. People suck.
