8. CATERING
a. If ARTIST is remaining at venue between sound check and performance, then a hot meal is requested for six people. (Nothing too complicated, but no fish). Two of these hot meals should be kept warm for after the concert. In any case, a deli tray with an assortment of breads should be made available to ARTIST. Included with the deli tray should be raw carrots. A selection of fresh fruit which should include ripe bananas will also be appreciated. In addition to at least 12 bottles of water (no gas), the followeing drinks should be made available:
1 six-pack of Diet Coke
1 six-pack of Regular Coke
2 six-packs of Heinenken beer
2 bottles white wine
2 bottles red wine
selected 100% fruit juices (apple, orange, grape, etc.)
WTF? This is the Dave Brubeck Quartet. Four People. And they've requested enough alcohol for a small army! Not to mention all the food!
I literally laughed for a good ten minutes when I read this. It's moments like these that make me so glad I'm moving to Germany and won't have to deal with any of this next year. OMG.
