This is the apricot tree in the Rodkey-Smith household. Fresh apricots and raspberries have made for a great breakfast this weekend.
The visit with Mom overall was good, but she doesn't like Keith. Frustrating, yes, but it is what it is. She's having to adjust to all of this. This morning on our way out of town I will be stopping by to say goodbye and arrange for new glasses.

We then sped back to Spokane for a surprise birthday party for Sharon. Way fun, lots of family. Afterwards we and Dennis and Sharon went over to the Opera House, relaxed and enjoyed the annual Allegro Music for the Royal Fireworks concert, complete with fireworks. A great way to wrap up our visit.
Today we head to Prosser, on south-central Washington, to begin our winery tours (we went to 2 Spokane wineries yesterday). Vacation is a lovely thing!!
