I was at one of the college's rather antiquated computer labs with my stack of homework when all of a sudden, BEWP, darkness fell and the emergency lights came flickering on.
After wandering around for a few minutes with similarly bewildered people, we discovered that the entire campus had lost power. I waited around for twenty minutes and watched the janitors fiddle with the fuse boxes before driving home. Turns out that the entire sector was out of power - traffic lights and all.
I suspect the ever-annoying construction work of the RAV Line is to blame. *shakes fist* Regardless, yay for an extension of the long weekend.
