Welp, that was cool! Went to an impromptu SIGMA Spectrum Infusion System training and am now apparently certified? Sure, why not. Sounds like fun.

Joking aside, it's a really neat system intended to decrease the amount of med errors and make life generally easier.

Scared for the beginning of my practicum tomorrow, feel totally unprepared.

 Ugh, have to write this stupid short story assignment for tomorrow and have resorted to calling the characters variations of "stupid" and "dumbass"... in latin or greek to make it more elegant. :P

 So I've made headway into "The Hummingbird's Bones"; not sure I'm going to keep the title anymore as the story has changed significantly enough that that bones are really no longer a part of it. Who knows, maybe they'll become important somewhere down the line. I've got a plotline for Volumes 1 and 2 done and ready now. Have a feeling, though, ( Read more... )

Hm. School's been busy, though arduously fun. It's rather interesting; the classes I had expected to have fun in and enjoy the most have been a bore, and the classes that I was least looking forward to have been AWESOME.
