I'm really frustrated. This time last year I made the difficult decision of leaving a job after 9 years to my present job because I couldn't take the long hours and commute with a baby. It seemed that whenever I blinked people quit and I did 3 times the work. I liked it better there than where I am now, but I leave on time and get to see my boy. A sacrifice that's worth it. However, two peeps have now quit in two weeks just leaving the two of us, and they haven't even started to look for replacements. Is it time to hit the pavement already?????
