I'm going to the Irish premiere on Monday and I can't wait to get this movie into my eyeballs. All the people I know who've seen it have been really positive about it (in a non-spoilery way) and I just. Yes. I need this movie. Mostly because Bucky. But also Sam. And Steve.

I'm so psyched for you! And really glad to hear it lived up to expectations. My fanboy husband keeps expressing understated surprise at trailers--"Huh. That was pretty cool." And I'm like, "Surely you mean that was completely AWESOME and looks like the best movie ever!" Anyway, good on you for getting on early. Now I can't wait even more!

It was a beautiful thing! A lot of fannish products don't live up to our hopes or the hype, but this one totally did for me.
