I thought Cora being the girl who weaves straw into gold was the most clever fairytale thus far. I am actually sorry they killed her off. Too bad Snow was right and putting her heart back would've made her truly love Regina after all.

Yeah, I really liked the twist on the fairy tale, since we already knew she was going to be the miller's daughter.

I got the feeling that Henry may have been one of the "spares" as it were, not the first born son. His father was shopping him around for money and he may well have not been able to inherit the crown. Cora did say something about how a lot of blood would have to be spilled for her to become queen, so I don't think Henry was first in line. Quite possibly Rumple worked against Cora to make sure that SHE never became queen, although she and Henry certainly weren't poor. The Rumple put his plan to corrupt Cora's daughter back on track, instead of getting a child with Cora.

True, but she also held up Regina like she was the direct heir, so...

That makes sense.

Oh, good, so it's not just me with the d/l error. I mean, I assumed they were slammed but I didn't have the energy to go investigate. Here's hoping they get their servers to scale up sometime soon.

Did you get the email about how they're so sorry etc etc.? I just want my damn Frogvengers and Rescue #1.

Apparently, Comixology didn't warn any of the other publishers and their sales/dl's were screwed too. They really need to scale up their operations if they're going to offer free stuff, and all of it has to be accessed on their servers.

I was sufficiently amused by the mea culpa email to start drafting a reply along the lines of 'you know, sometimes Marketing and IT really do have to talk to each other--I know it's hard, but try to look past the knee-jerk loathing you each have for the other.' Depending on how my day goes, I may actually send it, because a little A vs X: Babies would have kept me entertained but I'M NOT GETTING IT, AM I?

happy birthday, Bucky Barnes! Also, Remus Lupin! What are the odds that two of my favorite fictional characters share a birthday? Who knew?

I did not know that!! Ha! It's perfect! (And amusing to me as I am currently writing a HP/Avengers fic with Remus and Sirius who are both alive and well in 2012 and living in NYC. Um. Yeah. I clearly bring the crack to the table. Except no Bucky, alas, because they haven't found him yet. :-P)

Well, when Bucky comes back, Sirius can give him some tips about coming back to life. *g*
