Green Lantern: The Animated Series: After what happened at the end of last week, I had to watch to see what happened and NO. THIS IS THE OPPOSITE OF WHAT I WANTED. And also an awful old school sexist narrative where the woman is spurned in love and becomes evil. BAH.
Suits: Dear show, PLEASE TO HAVE WENDELL PIERCE ON EVERY WEEK. BUNK'S PINSTRIPED LAWYERLY AFFECTATIONS FOR THE WIN. Every scene he shared with Gina Torres and Gabriel Macht was PURE GOLD. I did like him as Rachel's father, and I really hope that 1. they pursue Rachel going to law school, and 2. they lay off on the Rachel/Mike romance because ugh, Mike. He needs to go away and never be seen again. Otoh, LOUIS LITT PHOTOSHOPPED AS MANY PRESIDENTS. HIS $2000 NAIL CLIPPERS. THE MANY VARIATIONS OF HIS MUGSHOT. DONNA. ♥

So this morning I was writing something where one of the things Steve appreciates about the future is Beyoncé and I asked angelgazing, "Where is the story where Steve and Thor go to see Beyoncé and Jay-Z at the Barclay Center and rock out to 'Brooklyn Go Hard'?" And then I discovered that the song is being used in the extended trailer for 42. Which looks like it could be really good. *pencils it in for April*
