Also, I am willing to swallow all this "Peter is special" claptrap if - and I do believe this is what the show told me tonight - he is special because Olivia loves him. Like the velveteen rabbit becomes real because it's loved. It's no intrinsic property on his part that makes him important, it is simply being Olivia-adjacent that does it.
So it was fake Nina in captivity with Olivia. I knew it as soon as she started talking about Olivia's first night with her. But I have to say, "torturing" her via her ROBOARM was one of the most disturbing things I've ever seen, even knowing now it was all fake. SO CREEPY.
So the Observers are us in the far future. Why are they all white men, then?
So I guess we're wrong and this isn't just the blueverse with Peter removed? I was totally leaning towards that interpretation after Olivia started having blue!Olivia's memories last week, and I still think it's the best possibility, but who the hell knows?
Ugh, that ending. Peter, why do you make me dislike you?
I can't even believe we have to wait four weeks for the next episode now. Ugh.
