I loved the article and all the reasoning behind it. The more interviews I read from Comic Con, the more disgusted by the changes I've become.
I really wish we didn't have frustrated fanboys running the show at both Marvel and DC. Especially with their yearning for the non-existent good old days. Maybe then we wouldn't have to endure train wreaks like One More Day and this poorly thought out debacle of a reboot.

Yeah, that's pretty much it in a nutshell. I guess if this whole thing tanks, there could be a regime change - I feel like that's probably the only way things are going to improve.

I know! And, isn't it sad to think that the only way things might improve is for people to damage the comic book industry bad enough that they lose their jobs?
For a long time I've felt like they've had no real grasp on their true audience. And how wonderfully diverse it really is. I know I've always felt like my likes and feelings were completely minimized as far as the PTB were concerned.
I've kept hanging in there year after year though. It hurts to basically be told to shut up and go away, that you no longer count.
