I am sitting on my couch, waiting for the plumber to arrive.

eight hours earlierI am standing in the bathroom, brushing my teeth, when I feel a splash on my arm. But GUH to the plumbing problems. At least you don't have to pay the plumber. THAT should be the saying, instead of pay the piper.

That's me, always trying to keep it narratively interesting!

At least you don't have to pay the plumber.

That is definitely a plus of being a renter. I just wish the guy would show up. I don't like having a huge hole in my ceiling.

I wish I had a reason to suddenly call out on work. I so very frustrated, plus I have so much sewing (Dragon*Con in 40 days OMFG!) that I have been too tired to do this week.

However, any and all bathroom problems are The Worst Household Problem Ever so you have my sympathies and hope the plumber arrives soon!

Heh. I would have much preferred a reason that didn't require me to stay in the apartment but be unable to use the bathroom for four hours, but it was better than being out in that heat.

Oh, darling, so sorry about your bathroom problems! Hope the plumbers get it all sorted soon (and that the ceiling gets replaced soon too!)

Thank you! When I left for work this morning, Temp Super and his assistant were working on fixing the ceiling, so hopefully it will all be done when I get home tonight.

UGH UGH plumbing issues are the worst thing ever. My sympathies. Also, I love it that the official poster *looks* like fan art. That's a plus in my book. Well, for certain kinds of fan art. *g*
