It's an Avatar: the Last Airbender vid set to Watershed by Vienna Teng, and it is exactly what I wanted when I asked for that combination. I know the song is very on the nose for the source, but I don't care, because sometimes on the nose means perfect, and this is one of those times.
The vid focuses on Aang and Zuko, and it has spoilers through all three seasons, so don't watch it if you don't want to be spoiled, but oh my god, it is SO GOOD.
