it's probably not my place
I woke up this morning unable to talk. Yay? So I stayed home from work. This cold seems to have focused itself on my throat, which hurts a lot. Also, it makes it hurt to cough. I have a chronic cough and while it sounds really awful, it generally doesn't hurt, and it's often a productive cough when I'm sick. This time around it is painful and unproductive. It's like I woke up with a bizarro!cough. Sigh.
I watched last week's The Good Wife. OMG THE VOICEMAIL RETURNS! BUT ALICIA CAN'T SAY ANYTHING 'CAUSE WILL'S NEW GF IS IN THE ROOM! MEAN, SHOW! VERY MEAN!
Okay, can someone please put the Florrick kids out of my misery? They are TOO STUPID TO LIVE. ARRGH. My soul withers a little more every time I'm exposed to their fathomless stupidity. Their parents are very intelligent (even if they exercise poor judgement *glares at Peter*), so I don't understand how the kids are so freaking dumb! Arrgh!
Cary warns Kalinda about Blake! She's right - it's not going to end well. Hopefully for him. I do not like him at all.
Meanwhile, I really hope Diane's plan doesn't backfire on her. *clings* NO, DIANE, DON'T GO!
Lastly, I got my White Lotus exchange assignment and heh. Not exactly what I expected. I guess I'll be writing about [redacted]. I'll figure something out.
I think now I am going to go back to bed for a nap, though. I do not feel so good.
