Uh. Of current shows, I like the Treme theme song and the Big Bang Theory theme song best, so those? I have gotten used to the title card and cut to the first act type of opening sequence and I like it because it allows more time for the show (well, in most shows' cases *cough*).
However, if shows do have an opening sequence, I would like them to be more creative than they are now - I dig the old school "I Dream of Jeannie" and "Bewitched" type of animated versions of the characters opening sequences. *points to icon*

My birthday is in 11 days, and I'm trying to settle on a story to finish for posting then. If you want to write something for me, here is a list of stuff I like (and some stuff I don't):
likes: banter, best friends, best friends becoming lovers, stoical pining, unrequited love that is actually requited, first kisses, awkward funny first times, comfortable established relationship sex, desperate up against a wall half-clothed sex, hot thieves in love, wacky crossovers, THEY FIGHT (or commit) CRIME!, capers, stories about grief, eucatastrophe, cliches like "We have to get out of these wet clothes!" and "There's only one bed left at the hotel!", gen, het, boyslash, girlslash, pegging, women in charge of and enjoying their sexuality, f/m/m threesomes in which all three parties are happily involved (i.e., not woman-as-conduit stories), gen stories about characters I love being awesome, insults as endearments, couples who pass the broccoli test, saying I love you without actually saying the words I love you, drunk fic (i.e., fic where characters get drunk and have silly adventures, not fic you write while drunk)
stuff I don't like: adultery or partner-betrayal, rape, non-con, soul-bonding, mating for life, whump/torture porn, magical healing cocks, angst for angst's sake, anything Castiel-centric, sex that involves bodily fluids and/or excretions not generally found in sex, idiot plotting where having one five minute conversation would avoid all the complications that ensue, *isms
