I am all discombobulated. I had a committee meeting at 9am this morning, so I got in for 8:30 to make sure the room and the AV were set up and the materials laid out etc., and of course, the committee members were having a pre-meeting in there, so I couldn't get situated. And then the meeting, which was scheduled to be two hours, lasted about 45

You will! In the not-to-distant future, you will look back on this and be amazed at how easy it all has become. Gah, I felt the way you do less than a year ago and, while I still have my moments, it feels good to see how far I've come. You'll get there too!
