re SPN: if Dean was the first horcrux seal, then Sam will be the last.
Which I've been saying for a while - that Sam is the last seal, and something he does (or has done to him) will be what breaks it and frees Lucifer (possibly to use him as a vessel?) but now there would be neat brotherly symmetry. Lucifer and Michael, Cain and Abel, Sam and Dean, etc. etc. (and now I really want the SPN vid to "Adam Raised a Cain," focusing on John and Sam.)
