The Drop-In (the Dean/Ellen surprise relationship story)

This sounds good! I've decided I really like Ellen a lot. I like the way Dean interacts with her - like maybe he's a little bit scared of her.

Ellen is awesome. The only reason I'm hesitant to wish her back on the show is that they might kill her off. But yes, Dean's slight fear of her is part of what makes it awesome.

If you go down about 3-4 blocks from the museum and turn right (on the east side of 74th or 75th street) there's a pretty decent Italian family style restaurant. Actually maybe it's Sambuca on 72nd (20 W 72nd) - if it's the right place it's good food for slightly expensive but not too bad prices.

I think I've been to the restaurant you're talking about. Cafe del Arte? There's a lot of good restaurants in that area. (And I am always excited by the AMNH--woohoo!!!)

Okay, that name is familiar. I will have to look it up. And yeah, I love the AMNH and I haven't been there since last summer, so there's all sorts of new stuff!

It might be a bit cold for this, but what about the Central Park Zoo? There's a good brunch place on the upper west side that I'm trying to remember, and failing. Fred's? It has a doggy theme. If they like Mexican food, there's Harry's, which I think is within walking distance of Lincoln Center.

I am not a big fan of zoos, but that's a possibility, depending on the weather. Hmm...
