Man, I feel all productive and wrung out. Two stories in two days!
First, there was:
For Thine Is the Kingdom
Supernatural; Sam/Dean; adult; spoilers through AHBL2; 2,615 words
Sam isn't sure what changed or when, or maybe it's that nothing's changed at all, but he can just see it more clearly now, has the perspective of distance and time to show him that it's always been there, drawing them together even when he was trying his hardest to pull them apart.
And then, late last night, there was:
Blonde on Blonde
Supernatural; girl!Sam/Dean, girl!Sam/Jess; AU; adult; 3,930 words
Sam is fifteen the first time she dyes her hair.

I suppose I should just give in and admit that all the girl!Sam stories are related, though I don't think you need to have read any of them to get any of the others, though it probably gives you more context for her relationship with Dean, if you have.
This is the vaguely chronological order they go in:
Beggars Would Ride
the 46K word epic that starts when Sam is 16 and ends when she leaves for Stanford (with an epilogue set during season 1)
Blonde on Blonde
which features four snapshots of Sam at 15, 16, 21, and 23, from her POV, the last of which is set between Playthings and Nightshifter
Amid the Bruises and the Red Lights
Post-AHBL2, featuring Sam trying to deal with Dean's actions from the finale.
In Through the Out Door (co-written with luzdeestrellas)
set sometime in the future, or at some point when things are not at maximum angst level for the Winchesters. Girl!Sam bends Dean over. Dean enjoys the experience.

I have at least two, possibly three casefile-ish stories featuring girl!Sam/Dean (the one with the strippers ["She Got Down But She Never Got Tight"] and the one with the evil ice cream ["Beelzebub likes chocolate with sprinkles," thank you, devildoll] are in progress, and I am thinking about writing the one with the water demon *eyes luzdeestrellas balefully*), and also the follow up to "Amid the Bruises" in which there would, in fact, be a non-sekrit incest baby. Plus whatever else comes up. I kind of want to write porny girl!Sam/Jess, too.
It is sad, but true, that in my head, girl!Sam and Dean are kind of like Nick and Nora Charles, only with more incest and ghosts, and fewer martinis. I suppose the Impala is Asta.
You would think, after all of that, I would be done, but no! Then there are the other AUs unrelated to the above: the sekrit incest baby story ("And if that mockingbird don't sing"), which I am finding much harder to write than expected - that uses Beggars as its backstory but branches off; the five six Seven Ways Dean Winchester Slept with His Non-Existent Sister story [though it may be back down to five if certain scenarios don't work out]; and, of course, my spn_harlequin story, which is Regency!Winchesters featuring spinster!Sam and impressed-by-the-British-Navy!Dean.
Um.
I'd say send help, but I think it's much too late.
