I made homemade tomato sauce with angel hair pasta for dinner tonight. The sauce was made from canned fire roasted tomatoes, onions, garlic, white wine, tomato paste, dried oregano, dried basil, sea salt, agave nectar and natural sugar. I also browned up some spicy vegan sausage and threw that in. Once plated, it was topped with nutritional yeast and more dried oregano. Pretty tasty and way better than any bottled stuff you can buy at the store.
