This shepherd's pie was pretty good. Not sure if I would make it all the time, but it would nice to take to a potluck. It had onions, carrots, white button mushrooms, peas, walnuts, chopped up veggie burgers, red wine, veggie broth, dried marjoram, dried thyme, tomato paste, tamari and black pepper. It was traditionally topped with mashed potatoes and paprika, baked in the oven until bubbly and brown.

Purely Decadent Soy Ice Cream. This one is called Chunky Mint Madness and has swirled chocolate and mint soy ice creams and chunks of chocolate cookie pieces. Very Awesome! Kinda taste like a Thin Mint girl scout cookie.
