blueberry flax pancakes

We didn't have an strawberries today so I made pancakes with blueberries instead. I used the same recipe I posted before for my strawberry flax pancakes the only difference being I added about a cup of blueberries instead of macerated strawberries. They didn't smell fruity while cooking, but they were just as good.
Plated before being decorated with pancake toppers, waiting patiently next to the plate.


Sweet! Covered in maple syrup and margarine!
