Basically, the idea is that Sara was turned into a werewolf against her will. It would have been by her lover (who was himself a werewolf, obviously!) There is a love hate relationship between the two of them, that animal aggression and attraction, with lots of potential for dark and fun stuff. I highly recommend listening to the song! I don't mind putting her into a verse or a fandom as long as she makes sense (and the song still fits!)
