I so thought I was the only one who might want to play/play against Alan Turing.

Turing is fascinating, and I have a lot of Feelings about Robot Philosophy. And the way Alan's relationship with (computer) Christopher was portrayed in the film was lovely and heartbreaking.

It was beautiful how they did it in the movie, just enough to be heartbreaking but not creepy or weird, etc. I would love to work something out with you, though I admit I know nothing of the Alien Saga. I am an email player is the only other thing though.

David is... complicated. There are a lot of stories where the robot wishes to be human, which isn't the case for him. He's perfectly fine being an android. He considers himself a superior being, in fact.

What he does want, however, is to stop being considered as less than. He looks to his maker, Peter, as a father. But Peter has a biological daughter, and would say things to the effect of "David would be the son I never had, if only he had a soul" or "He cannot show gratitude because he is not human ( ... )

I certainly think Alan would be fascinated by something like that. It would play on a few of his interests, of course his interest in computers, intelligence, and learning, but also his issues with humanity, the overwhelming fact that he's never found a person who accepted him for what he was with no ulterior motive since childhood. I think that's a big deal for him, that he's always being accused of being too inhuman himself, but also being forced to hide the most human part of him (his emotional attachments and sexuality).

I am not familiar with the universe, obviously, so maybe if we had them meet in Turing's time, or some middle time somehow? I am not sure I am trying to think aloud sort of thing.
