My idea was someone at Stark Industries somewhere decided Penny needed to take on/ take care of her own intern. Penny's not sure why they did this other than maybe they hate her since she actually dislikes working seriously with others. She doesn't do it well unless it's something she's doing for fun. They probably figured she needed to learn how to work well with others. Yes, this is sounding a lot like a kindergarten report card but Penny skipped kindergarten so she didn't learn this in school.
I'm open for plotting. I'm even open for it being it's own verse. I just thought this would be amusing since Penny's work ethic is "I'm working. You go away." and now she'll have to work on that.
She's not too fond of her mun right now, but this is why we do these things, isn't it?
