I AGREE WITH ALL YOUR FABULOUS POINTS.

Ugh, okay, so filmgoers who never read the books walked out of DH2 thinking Snape was Harry's father. That kind of tells you how much they messed up the James parts in that. Firstly, I don't even care that they got rid of the train scene. And I loved most of the Snape/Lily, but they once again remove the Mudblood scene or the scene when Lily talks to him about his Death Eater friends, and okay, they showed a few seconds of Lily and James smiling at each other in the hallway (JAMES' HAIR WAS SO LIGHT. WHY? AND LOL WHERE WERE HIS GLASSES?), that was NOTHING. She really did come out looking heartless.
It kind of creeped me out that Snape held Lily's dead body too. Firstly, that never happened. Secondly, that scene belongs to Sirius. He sees James' dead body, freaks out and loses his mind, and goes to hunt down Peter. THAT is canon. Ugh.
Did anyone notice that they cut out/changed the part when Snape offers James and Harry to Voldemort? "HIDE ALL OF THEM?!" THAT NEVER HAPPENED. THEY MADE HIM LOOK LIKE A HEARTBROKEN VICTIM. I like Snape, even if he's not the best person, but DON'T MAKE HIM A SAINT. WB has been doing this forever and it bugs me. Snape in PoA would never stand in front of Ron, Harry, and Hermione. Just like Snape wouldn't say this without Dumbledore pointing out how cruel his earlier statement is. Siriusly.

Lol, I can't remember how Snape passes his memories to Harry in the books.

ROFL, THE VOLDY/DRACO HUG. I LOL'D SO MUCH.

I like to pretend that Harry fixed his wand first. For my sanity.

Aww, I kind of liked Neville/Luna. It made sense in the books, anyway. Even if they never happened in real canon.

Haha, I always give JKR slack for the Remus/Tonks relationship because very little of it happens in front of Harry, so we just don't know. But yeah, this was odd. WHERE WAS TEDDY?

Oliver Wood was in the film. He was the random guy on a broomstick when Hogwarts was burning who said, "COME ON." It happened in the trailer like that, and in the film. Literally 1.5 seconds of the film. :/

YES. I KNEW THE FIRST 30 MINUTES WERE FASTPACED. Some people were claiming it was too slow, and I was like, "Were we watching the same film?"

I was upset that the "WHY DO YOU LIVE?"// "BECAUSE I HAVE SOMETHING WORTH LIVING FOR." exchange that was in one of the trailers never made it to the film. *sigh*

And I don't like that Harry told Ron and Hermione what was going on , and Hermione supposedly knew that he was a horcrux. Dumbledore took years to figure it out - she's not THAT intelligent. It's so random. I thought it was more powerful the way it happened in the book. *sigh*
Overall though, I thought it was a fantastic finale. I really loved it.

Ugh, yes, and this is the biggest tragedy of all. Just...no. You know, Kloves loves Hermione and Snape so much I'm surprised things didn't go all Snape/Hermione at the end, lol. I think I'm secretly going to call DH: Pt 2, SNAPE: The Canonization. ><

As for how he passed his memories in the books, I believe he already had them waiting in a phial. Either than, or he pulled them from his mind and put them in the phial. Regardless, THERE WERE NOT TEARS!! Honestly, Snape in the movies is ridiculously emo.

The first epilogue scene was much longer but when they went back to refilm it it got cut short. I imagine Teddy got cut as well. ><

Oliver was actually in the movie?! See I was expecting him to be shown on screen for more than two seconds, lol.

Some people were claiming it was too slow, and I was like, "Were we watching the same film?"

The fuck? Hahaha, I can't believe people felt that part was slow. They would have never made it through the books then.

and Hermione supposedly knew that he was a horcrux. Dumbledore took years to figure it out - she's not THAT intelligent.

You know, I never realized that in the movie, but now that you point out how weird that is, that irks me too! Maybe she read it in Hogwarts: A History? My only guess.

You have no idea how much I laughed when I read this. (She definitely had to have. XD )
