They were building a castle. A huge one. Better than Changmin’s, okay? It had a big dungeon, many fortifications. They wanted to dig moats around the castle but every time they tried to fill them with water, but it would disappear in the sand and it was starting to drive one of the two architects wannabes mad. The latter was too busy to decorate their master-work with little stones while the other was collecting seashells. Once he came back, his friend exclaimed:
“Wow Yunnie! Yunnie brought seashells for Joongie? So romantic!” little Jaejoong giggled.
He didn’t know the meaning of the word “romantic” but he often heard it from his sisters in this kind of situation…
“It’s for the castle, duh. It’s not for Joongie,” little Yunho replied while placing his finds: a big one for the door and the others here and there.
His best friend was so dumfounded by his reaction that he widened his eyes. He couldn’t believe it! His Yunnie just rejected him! ‘Fortunately Changmin isn’t here to make fun of me!’ he thought. His tears showed his sadness but he tried to wipe them with his tiny fists.
“Yunnie is mean,” he whispered.
“Here.”
Little Jaejoong lifted his head a bit and saw Yunho who was holding another seashell at him.
“Yunnie gives Joongie the pinky one. It’s little and cute, just like Joongie.”
His friend got up and hugged him tightly until they fell onto the sand.
